Breakfast is offered by Omhom and is served every morning between 8:30 and 11:30 in the Convivio. You will find a seasonal buffet, result of a careful selection of ingredients and products from small local producers, such as Pierpaolo’s mountain cheeses, Elena’s goat cheese, Mirco’s cold cuts and organic Val di Vara yogurts. Alternatively you can request your breakfast directly in your room.

At every hour of the day, you will have at your disposal mineral water, tea, coffee, biscuits and small treats to make your day even sweeter.

Here is an example of the menu prepared by our Chef: Beef sirloin tartare with porcini mushrooms, rosemary smoked by the glass – Egg in ravioli with roasted butter and mountain parmesan flavored with truffles – Roasted guinea fowl salad with chestnut honey and pomegranate – Cheesecake with berries and amaretto.

At any time, enjoy the selection of aperitifs, soft drinks, digestives, wines and champagnes and non-alcoholic drinks, available in our Honesty Bar.

You will be able to serve yourself and make your own drink as in your own living room. Everything you consume can be debited to your account simply by filling in the form at your disposal.

Cold dinner

Returning from your excursions you will find the gourmet dinner left by
Omhom's Chef

The chef can prepare an exclusive cold dinner for you, which will be at your disposal in the Convivio room.

Here is an example of a menu that you can customize according to your tastes: Fresh tuna prepared by the Chef in extra virgin olive oil, produced by Torre Bianca oil mill, served with chickpeas and Tropea red onion – Spelled salad from the Organic Farm “Il Mulino” with gulf muscles, shrimps and crispy bacon – Assiette of cold cuts and local cheeses of the Antica Macelleria Elena & Mirco, served with dried fruit, chocolate and compotes – Tiramisu with nutmeg.
